There are several ways that a tablet (ex, iPad) will be able to change the way education is delivered. Students (and instructors) will be able to be more productive because the tools will all be in one place. Students will not need to be in a classroom to complete the work. As long as they have Internet access, they will be able to complete their assignments anywhere, anytime. The costs will also be minimal, because they will replace what is currently already in school budgets (such as textbooks).

Now instead of have only text and a few graphics, students will be also be able to look at animations and probably have links to a vast array or resources. Although teachers may feel a little daunted with the new technology, students will find it very easy to use as it is already what they are probably doing at home.
